Return Policy
We hope you're happy with your purchase! Is your jewelry not quite what you expected? Don't worry, you can return it within 14 (calendar) days of receipt.
Conditions for returns:
- The jewelry is unworn , undamaged and in the original packaging .
- Returns are possible up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt.
- Unfortunately , custom made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned .
- The costs and risk of return shipment are for your own account.
- Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days .
How to return?
- To register your return, send an email to info@lilyray.nl . Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- You will then receive an automatic email from us with further explanation on how to return the item.
- Carefully package your jewelry and return it to the specified return address. You can create a return label online via PostNL or DHL, or you can drop the package off at a parcel point with the return address on it.

Oops! Is something wrong with your order?
We do our best to package every piece of jewelry with care, but of course, something can go wrong. If you received a damaged or incorrect item , please let us know within 48 hours of receipt .
This is how we solve it:
- Send an email to info@lilyray.nl with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- And a clear picture of the item
- We will contact you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
Consider a replacement product, repair, or full refund.
We find it very important that you are happy with your purchase, so we ensure a quick and careful handling!
Warranty on our jewelry.
All our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty. This means your jewelry should meet reasonable expectations under normal use: it shouldn't break, rust, or come loose.
Please note: normal wear and tear , such as scratches or slight discolouration due to use or care, is not covered.
Should a defect covered by the warranty occur within this period, we will arrange for repair, replacement or refund .
This warranty period no longer applies if you have used your jewelry incorrectly.
